Express Gym

Our new Express Gym has now opened in the vacant area on our Sports Hall balcony. We have installing a double glazed window partition separating the sports hall with the new gym.

The two main parts to this new area is the express gym itself. This is the new Life Fitness Circuit Series. It is the ideal strength-training solution for users of all experience levels. Anyone can receive a complete, total-body workout from those new to strength training to regulars, and from those losing interest in exercising to the time-challenged. These machines are approachable for less-experienced users, yet still give experienced exercisers the challenging workout they crave. The Circuit Series will be simple to operate, great at motivating people to get into and stick with the fitness habit, and delivers outstanding results.

The second is a flexibility and agility area where we have some Power-plate machines and other CV kit.

The intention has been to expand the space for our gym users as the current gym can be overcrowded and we realise that at times it is frustrating to our members who simply want to work-out and go. The solutions above will hopefully go some way to rectifying that.
