Zumba is a high-energy, fast-paced dance class, which uses Latin American music.  If you attend regularly, you will be amazed at how quickly you pick up the moves, which are a fusion of salsa, samba and meringue.

How can it benefit you: This session will certainly get your heart pumping but is lots of fun too.  It’s a great way to partake in fitness without feeling that you’re stuck in a gym.  You will leave feeling energised and like you’ve had a great time.
