Yoga

Yoga mixes different dynamic styles of Yoga, bringing awareness of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement.

How can it benefit you: Practising yoga on a regular basis will help to make your body more flexible and stronger.  The balance of breathing with relaxation postures will help to bring calm and harmony and you will have an opportunity to clear your mind and find inner peace.  Any level welcome.
