#TeenFlex (12-17 yrs)

#TeenFlex is based on a combination of the latest myofascial and dynamic stretch techniques, core work and yoga based stretches – all to cool music!

How can it benefit you: The class is aimed at helping teenagers improve flexibility… learning to stretch properly is the basis for any sport and therefore this is a perfect class for anyone sporty. Equally, this class will teach teens how to relax and is therefore perfect for anyone needing some time out.
