A high impact session, which uses boxing training methods such as skipping, interval training and punching. High intensity, expect to sweat hard!

How can it benefit you: This is a fantastic class for getting fit and each week you will notice a difference. Boxing is a focused way to relieve stress, build your arm strength and vastly improve your overall level of fitness.
