Free Weights For Women

Free Weights For Women is an introduction to weights, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. During the coaching blocks, you will learn how to squat, press, pull, deadlift and swing, along with a whole host of assistance exercises, in a safe and effective manner.  You can build strength according to your own body type and goals. 

How it can benefit you:  In order to maintain healthy bodies and minds, the World Health Organisation recommends regular cardio and strength training.   These sessions offer an 8-week block that is designed to make you familiar and happy with basic barbell and weight training.  You will gain confidence and learn new exercise skills with a UK Strength & Conditioning-accredited coach, and adopt methods to take forward and work with independently.
