Free Weights For Women is an introduction to weights, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. During the sessions, you will learn how to squat, press, pull, deadlift and swing, along with a whole host of assistance exercises, in a safe and effective manner. You can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
How it can benefit you: In order to maintain healthy bodies and minds, the World Health Organisation recommends regular cardio and strength training. These sessions are designed to make you familiar and happy with basic barbell and weight training. You will gain confidence and learn new exercise skills with a UK Strength & Conditioning-accredited coach, and adopt methods to take forward and work with independently.
Drop-in from 10th November, bookable from 3rd November. Women only.
