Free Weights Circuits

Strength training is something that often gets left behind when we think about fitness.  However, research confirms that strength training bears as much importance with regards to overall health as cardio training.  New to the Free Weights Studio, this hour-long session will take place with a small group of eight, and will help you gain confidence using the free weights equipment.  Suitable for any level, expect to work hard and learn sets that you can practise independently.
