Dynamic Pilates

This is a much faster paced Pilates session that consists of a series of dynamic exercises designed to engage and strengthen your core and lower back muscles and to improve posture.

How can it benefit you: Join this class if you feel comfortable with Pilates and want to increase the impact.  If you attend Pilates regularly you will see a big change in your posture, core strength and muscle definition.
