CycleCross

CycleCross is a hybrid class that offers high intensity cycling followed by resistance training in our brand new free weights gym.  Led by Sam, this class will get your heart racing and your biceps aching!

How will it benefit you:  This is a perfect combination, incorporating a cardio and muscle work out.  Recommended for intermediate levels.
