CycleCore is perfect for anyone looking for a high intensity cardio workout, followed by some focused core work on the mat.  This class will start off at 11am on Sundays in the CycleFit studio, where you can expect to work hard on the bikes for 30 mintues, before heading to Studio 2 for a 30 minutes Pilates session.

How this will benefit you:  This is a fabulous all over body workout.  Exercise your heart and strengthen your core – a perfect combination!
