Circuits

A fast paced, dynamic class where you will move quickly around the class, undertaking different activities at each post.  It incorporates a mixture of weights and interval training exercises including jumping jacks, press-ups, weighted squats.

How can it benefit you: You will get a thorough cardio workout at circuits but without the choreography so it’s perfect for anyone that doesn’t want the feeling of being in an aerobics class.  This session will get your heart rate up, tone muscles across the body and leave you dripping with sweat.  High intensity.
