Box Fit

Box Fit is high impact and is based on boxing training techniques including skipping, interval training and punching.  It will get you moving like a real boxer; be prepared to feel it in your arms and sweat hard!

How can it benefit you: Box Fit will increase your muscle and cardio endurance, making you look fitter and feel stronger.  It is also an extremely effective stress buster and reliever of tension.
