Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning is a fusion between classic aerobics and high intensity interval training.  Expect squats, lunges, weights and classic aerobics steps to loud music.

How can it benefit you: A perfect class for anyone who likes aerobics but would like to increase the intensity.  It’s a fabulous cardio workout but is also physically demanding on muscles.  Expect to sweat hard and leave with aching muscles!  Excellent for getting in to shape and feeling good about yourself.
