Pilates involves a series of exercises that focus on strengthening your stomach and back muscles primarily, but also muscles across your body.
How can it benefit you: Regular Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility as well as relieve stress and tension. It’s not uncommon for athletes to use Pilates as part of their training and that’s because a strong core is essential for any sport as well as everyday well -being. You can be any level to join this class as each exercise can be adapted accordingly. Please tell the instructor prior to starting if you have any injuries.
