AquaFit

AquaFit is a low-impact, pool-based exercise class, which has maximum toning potential.

Suitable for all levels, this class will include water walking, jogging, bicep curls, leg lifts, squats and kicking moves. Expect a warm-up, followed by cardio and strength-training exercises, finishing with a cool down.  You won’t be swimming, and most exercises workouts take place in the shallow end of the pool.  However, the deep end is also used for Aqua jogging moves so you need to be confident in the water.

How can it benefit you:  Aside from the cardio benefits to this medium-intensity session, water-based exercises offer fantastic toning opportunities for your core, arms, legs, glutes and back!
