BODY CONDITIONING (Conditioning and Toning)

ABS ATTACK (Toning)

AQUA AEROBICS(Fat Buring / Toning)

INYENGAR YOGA (Stretching)
A form of yoga focusing on correct body alignmen. This form of yoga is also helpful in special circumstances such as injury rehabilitation.
