Members Charter

Every person- member, guest or staff has the right to receive courtesy, consideration and respect from all other users of the facilities.

This charter is designed to help you enjoy your leisure time and will be reviewed on a regular basis. It addresses various issues which have arisen from time to time, and is designed to ensure that, followed by us all, a quality service is assured. Copies are made available to all new members when joining the Club, the full charter is available at reception, and is displayed prominently throughout the facilities.

The staff promise to:

Members and their guest are expected to:

1. Respect the staff and one another

2. Take care of their own and others' property

3. Dress appropriately for the activity undertaken

4. Supervise their children for their own safety and the safety of others

5. Refrain from abusive or violent language

6. Abide by the Club rules (copy available at reception)
