Weekly free weights sessions

Please note there will three weekly sessions taking place in the Free Weights gym.  Unless you are taking part in a class, you will not be able to use the FW gym during these times, but the main gym will remain open.

Gym closure times are:

Tuesdays:  CycleCross 7.30-8pm (the class starts at 7.15pm in the CycleFit studio)

Wednesdays:  Free Weights Circuits 6.30-7.30pm (starts 5th September 2018, bookable one week in advance)

Saturdays:  Free Weights for Women 9-10am
