Meditation course starts 20th April

A four week meditation course starts again with Natalie on Thursday 20th April, 8.15pm – 9.15pm.

This meditation course will teach you the basics in focusing your mind and learning to switch off –  something that is becoming increasingly more difficult in the world we live in.

Perfect for anyone struggling with sleeping, stress or anxiety.
