Just Eat It: Lentils, Chorizo & Goats Cheese

This week from Franklins in East Dulwich, a ten minute supper of Lentils Chorizo & Goats Cheese.

Ingredients:

1 x          Packet Chorizo

1 x          Packet Goats cheese

1 x          Jar of lentils

1 x          Mixed herbs, olives or piquillo peppers (whatever you have in the fridge!)

Method:

  1. In a sauce pan, fry the chorizo
  2. Empty in the jar of lentils, include the liquid.
  3. Crumble in the goats cheese
  4. Stir and serve
  5. You can add whatever you like (or have) to finish off… chopped herbs, olives or piquillo
