This Friday night session is a perfect end to a long week, a great excuse to stay ‘dry’ in January, and a brilliant start to the weekend. Trampoline is an extremely effective method of getting/keeping in shape, and will offer you a cardio workout as well as multiple toning opportunities.
All levels welcome.
Time: Fridays, 9-10pm (starts this Friday, 13th Jan)
5 weeks then two week break, followed by another 5 weeks.
