Weekly AquaFit class starts on Wednesday 11th January

If you love water and want minimum impact on your joints, with maximum results, join us for our new weekly AquaFit session, starting on Wednesday 11th January, 7-8pm.

Expect lots of well known music, resistance training and hard work!
