Youth Gym time change

Youth Gym is returning this Saturday 9th July at the changed times of:

Beginners session at 2.oopm-2.45pm

Advanced session at 2.45pm-3.30pm

Both these sessions will now be taking place in the main gym downstairs from now on due to the refurbishment of the gym upstairs into a CycleFit studio and a free-weights/functional training zone.
