Day Time Aerobics this Half Term

Grab some me time in the morning this February half term.  The Sports Club have laid on our three most popular classes next week starting on Monday with Hot Yoga / Wednesday with Zumba and Friday Pilates.  All sessions kick off ay 9.05am (perfect if you have just dropped your little one off at a holiday course).
