New Piloxing class

We have an exciting new class starting in the studio called Piloxing. The class is a non-stop, cardio fusion of standing Pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, and sexy more powerful you.

Class starts on Tuesday 6th May @ 8pm in the Heather Rankine Studio so why not book your place now.

This will mean that the Belly Dance Fitness class will be moving to an earlier time of 7.00pm – 8.00pm from this date.
