Ballet Fit

Recommended class of the month.

This class is aimed at toning, strengthening and stretching the entire body with emphasis on core muscle strength throughout. Exercises will begin at a steady pace to warm the body safely for the dynamic and demanding travelling steps, turns and jumps.

It is a fun and easy to follow class for anyone with little or no dance training,and is perfect for those who want to exercise and tone their body into that ballerina look!
