New Aerobic timetable – Coming soon

In Late October the Sports Club will be unleashing two new aerobic sessions for you all to try.

Cardio – Conditioning – mixing aerobics and strength training you will be toning and shaping your bum, legs, tums and arms is this all round class.


Lo Aerobics – a slower paced fitness class that intends to build stamina, strength and endurance, a great class for beginners, those  returning to fitness after an injury and our wiser generation.
